Join Maria for a 1h 75m workshop that combines the powerful practices of Breathe, Release It All Breathwork with Heal What Hurts Practice and Tension-Relieving Soma Yoga. This powerfully healing combination will help you release accumulated samskaras — conditioned contracted patterns that fuel emotional reactivity.
Emotional Stress and anxiety accumulate in the body's energy field and prevent our life energy from flowing freely. Over time, this can manifest as emotional reactivity, sluggish energy, lack of motivation, or even pessimism about our life journey.
Come learn how to use your God-given breath to become free in your body.

This workshop influences physiological factors (stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system) while guiding your Divine Presence into your wounded, contracted knots so they can melt, release, and heal.
Combining breathwork Soma Yoga, and Heal what Hurts manifest an immediate sense of relief and lightness in your body.
There are no prerequisites (besides an open mind) for these practices. If you suffer from breathing-related issues, I ask that you get your doctor’s permission to attend. Please dress in layers; breathwork can make your body temperature drop. Bring your yoga mat, and at least two blankets and a warm hoodie, socks.
