Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Taking aTraining Course is a serious commitment.  All applicants should consider the time commitments and the financial commitments of their training before enrolling.

Do I get a refund if I withdraw before the course has started?

A written notice is required for withdrawal out of any course.  Acceptable reasons may include death in the family, illness and work related.  Students need to provide documentation from their doctor or employer when applicable.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

If the student withdraws 30 or more days before the course commencement date, they may receive a 100% refund minus the administrative fee*. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

If the student withdraws 14 days or more before the course commencement date, they may receive a 50% refund, minus the administrative fee*. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Do I get a refund if I withdraw after the course has started?

No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced. If the student withdraws within the first 7 days of training they may ask for tuition to be credited towards a future course. Additional fees may apply for the future course.

*All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee (off of the original tuition price), plus a $250 enrollment fee.  There is an additional 3% charge for all credit card transactions.
