The Heal What Hurts group coaching journey is a powerful, guided experience for women who are ready to stop outsourcing their emotional safety, worth, and energy—and root it all deeply within.
This is a sacred, small-group space where you'll be held in compassion, presence, and practical transformation.
The Heal What Hurts process is an invitation to return home to yourself—in the presence of others who are doing the same.
For years, you may have unconsciously leaked energy—shrinking to be accepted, seeking love in places that couldn’t truly hold you, silencing your truth to stay safe. You’ve shapeshifted to survive, but now something deeper is calling you back to wholeness.
This group journey is where you stop.
This is where you reclaim it all, together.
Through a gentle, yet powerful somatic and energetic process, you’ll begin to unravel the patterns that have kept you small, disconnected, or overwhelmed. With the support of sacred community, you’ll regulate your nervous system, release emotional burdens, and reconnect with the grounded power that has always lived within you.
This is not about bypassing pain or performing positivity.
It’s about meeting what is—with compassion, courage, and truth.
Because the emotions you’ve feared—grief, anger, need, shame—are also the doorways to your deepest strength.

What is included
6 live 2-hour group sessions (on Zoom)
Each session is a sacred container of guidance, healing, and transformation. We’ll explore weekly themes through somatic work, breath, emotional release, and energetic alignment—together.
1 private 1:1 session with Maria
This is your space to go deeper. Receive personalized support, coaching, and intuitive insight tailored to your unique healing path. For deeper integration or extra support, you’ll receive discounted access to private sessions throughout the program.
Meditations & practices
Integrate what you’re learning between sessions with guided practices you can return to anytime. These support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner connection.
Private community space
You don’t have to do this alone. Share, reflect, and be held in a private group of kindred souls on the same path—because healing is amplified in sacred community.
Weekly Themes

Reclaim safety in your body. Through breath, somatic awareness, and gentle release, we begin to unwind stored tension and ground your system in trust, presence, and vitality.

Meet the pain you’ve been carrying—grief, heartbreak, loneliness, fear—with compassion. Here, we learn to feel without collapsing, and begin to open to deeper love within and around us.

Unhook from shame and self-doubt. This week supports you in remembering your inherent worth, releasing inner criticism, and standing in your authentic radiance.

Step into the truth of who you are. We clear the blocks to being seen and heard, activating your voice as a channel for self-expression, boundary-setting, and soul-aligned communication.

Call your power back. Learn to recognize energetic entanglements, shift out of people-pleasing, and anchor in clear, loving boundaries that honor your truth and energy.

Release control and soften into trust. This session explores your relationship with uncertainty and helps you align with the flow of your life’s deeper unfolding.

Sliding Scale Pricing:
