Withdrawal and Refund Policy for Retreats

It is hereby stipulated that no refunds shall be issued in the event of a cancellation by the participant less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement of the event. Should the participant elect to cancel their registration seven (7) calendar days or more before the event's commencement, the participant shall be entitled to apply the pre-paid tuition towards any future event or service offered by the organizer, subject to a deduction of twenty percent (20%) as an administrative fee from the total amount of the tuition initially paid.
