Live Online Workshop (Zoom)

Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Everyone I have ever met in my personal and professional life gets triggered and reactive; yet everyone is ashamed about it.

Emotional triggers that are left to fester will find a way to make themselves known. You will magically draw in just the kind of person or situation that will poke at them. This is good. It makes you aware. Now the healing can begin. You just need to know how.

In this workshop, Maria will teach you simple but life-saving tools for recognizing and overcoming the emotional triggers that plague every person’s life.

You will learn to lift these samskaras, as we call them in yoga, into sacred healing presence. From there you can re-write the old story that has played out in painful ways in your life.

This opens the door to a brand new chapter of your life. Free from reactive drama, painful dynamics and the numbing agents that don’t really work anyway.

During this process, you will recognize that you have enormous inner resources and you do have what it takes to meet any and all issues and move through them with grace.

Maria Toso’s method for healing emotional triggers has changed hundreds of lives and relationships for the better and will also be a milestone and a gamechanger for your emotional life and relationships.

What students say:

"The Heal what Hurts Training is the most valuable tool I have found for healing from childhood trauma. Highly recommend! - Sharria, Minneapolis, MN

"My heal what hurts work has completely changed the way I react to my husband; the days of uncontrollable drama are just gone." - Cindy, New York City, NY

"My coaching work with Maria made it clear that my samskaras are very old and that the healing had to happen on the inside before my relationship could change." - Ellena, St. Paul, MN

"I keep returning to the meditations and practices I learned in the Heal what Hurts Course, they are definitely lifelong tools that I am also teaching my daughters." - Eva, Copenhagen, Denmark

Overview of the Practices:

  • Deep guided mindfulness meditation, heal what hurts meditation and visualization (Please CLICK HERE to try a digital version of the felt sense meditation that is used as part of the heal-what-hurts practice)

  • Pranayama (breathing techniques).

  • Therapeutic yoga including somatics to release deep-seated tension from the body

  • Introspection, journaling and sharing

You will learn to:

  1. Recognize your body as your roadmap to the source of your triggers

  2. Realize that “something in me feels that” – separating out from the felt sensation that is acting up

  3. Engage in skillful coping when you are triggered

  4. Determine when to stay and when to take space

  5. How blaming the person or event that triggers you is a wasted opportunity for self-exploration

  6. Uncover the unconscious script operating from inside of you

  7. Change the script, change your life

  8. Forgiveness — releasing the stuck energy of holding a grudge(s)
