Free yourself from the emotional reactivity that wreaks havoc on your personal relationships. To effectively release the reactive habits we all carry within us (in yoga world we call them samskaras), you need dedicated time to feel and breathe your Divine Self into the contracted patterns within.

With the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, tension releasing Somatics, Heal-what-hurts-meditations, guided journaling exercises and deep relaxation, you will uncover the energetic location of the hidden energy knots that cause you to lash out and create drama in your relationships. From a place of deep self-knowledge and awareness, you can bring your samskaras into healing presence and re-write the old script that has played out in painful ways so many times in your life.

When you are no longer tripped up by your unconscious samskaras, you will step into a whole new chapter in which you become capable of calmly responding to life events from a place of true self-love and self-respect.

During The Heal what Hurts Process, you will identify areas of growth, release untapped potential, and heal areas that are in need of immediate attention. After this process, you will be able to address the areas of your life that aren't working optimally. Blind spots will be revealed, and hidden strengths uncovered. You will see the truth: you have enormous inner resources and you do have what it takes to meet any and all issues and move through them — but it does take willingness to be quiet and listen inwardly.

The Heal what Hurts Process is a milestone and a game changer. It essentially shines your own bright Light of Awareness deeply into less conscious areas of your psyche, clarity arises and change inevitably follows. Students report feeling deeply empowered by the Heal what Hurts Practices that are akin to a deep clearing out of the forgotten areas of your living space as well as a renewed sense of gratitude for the grace of inner guidance that is available to us when we become still and listen. You will be guided gently and very effectively into an awareness to the Truth about your intricate life journey and the next steps will become obvious. After this process, you will be much better able to address the areas of your life that aren't working optimally.

During Heal what Hurts Process, you will move through the 8 steps of becoming conscious of what really happens when you are triggered.

  1. BREATH: your breath is Life itself and by becoming aware of your breath you stop over identifying with the temporary content of the mind.

  2. BODY: you must become fully aware of your body as the energetic terrain where your samskaras are to be located. Familiarize yourself with this sacred roadmap to your triggers so they don’t take you by surprise over and over.

  3. LISTEN AND FEEL: “Something in me feels that” – separating out from the felt sensation that is acting up while playing close attention to the message.

  4. SKILLFUL COPING AND NOT NUMBING when you are triggered, you trigger someone else, or you find yourself in a co-triggered situation.

  5. UNCOVER THE SCRIPT: Uncover the unconscious script operating from inside of you; notice how often it has played itself out.

  6. STOP BLAMING: when you focus all your attention on fixing the person or event that triggers you, you are wasting an opportunity for self-exploration.

  7. CHANGE THE SCRIPT: change your life. You will become aware of the degree to which you own story and assumptions have played into your life experience and relationships.

  8. FORGIVE — releasing the stuck energy of holding a grudge(s). This is not a condoning of someone else’s hurtful actions, this is clearing the energy field of your body of the tense energy that blocks your own flow.
