Maria Toso is an expert in healing emotional triggers and deep stress stored in the body. With decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Maria has guided countless women to reconnect with their divine feminine and release old emotional wounds. She is the author of The Heal What Hurts process which combines somatic awareness with spiritual connection, offering a profound path to inner freedom.
