Our minds are constantly on overload with endless information, scrolling, and too many things to consider and solve.
We are in desperate need of some solid healing peace and quiet. I’ve felt it too, and that’s why I want to share something that has truly made a difference for me.
I've created a 3-part meditation workshop specifically designed to slow down your system and bring deep, nurturing stillness to your inner being.
It’s not just about sitting still and being quiet—it's about embracing techniques that can genuinely transform how you feel every day.
In this workshop, I will guide you through:
In-Light Meditation This gentle practice helps to clear and calm your mind, bringing in a sense of clarity amidst the chaos.
Heal What Hurts Meditation: A focused meditation aimed at soothing and healing emotional pains, working a different angle of your mental well-being.
Guided Savasana: A deeply relaxing meditation to release tension and stress, allowing your body to release stress and decompress completely.
We will also incorporate gentle Somatic Yoga into our session. If you've ever had trouble sitting comfortably during meditation, this will be a game-changer. It helps release physical stress and prepares your body for deeper, more comfortable meditation.
By the end of this workshop, you'll not only have learned new meditation techniques, but you'll also feel more at peace and balanced. I want you to experience a quieter mind and have tools to handle stress more effectively.
