This coaching journey will address emotional reactivity at its root in the energy field of the body. You will learn to become fully present with your energy body rather than reacting outwardly. Your body will restore itself when no longer flooded with frequent bouts of stress hormone.
You will learn to master the practices that bring true peace to the fear within. Pranayama (breathing freely), meditation (aligns you with your Divine Self) and Heal what Hurts techniques (releases old knots in your energy system).
