Learn three powerful meditation techniques to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system: Classic Mindfulness, Pranayama Meditation, and Guided Visualization in Savasana. Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this session will help you cultivate inner peace and resilience. Chairs available as well as plethora of supportive props.

Somatic Yoga with Restorative & Yin Yoga
A gentle, deep healing session that blends slow, mindful movement with long-held postures to release tension, ease the nervous system, and invite profound relaxation. We will incorporate somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and emotions in a safe and supportive way.

Breathe & Release It All Breathwork
Experience the power of deep, transformative breathwork to clear stuck energy and emotional blockages. This session will guide you through a more intense breathwork practice designed to release stored stress, past trauma, and stagnant emotions, leaving you feeling lighter and more open.

Classic Hatha Alignment Yoga
Come prepared to move, align, and shake off the winter stagnation. This session focuses on classic alignment-based yoga poses to awaken the body and promote healing. We will end with a meditation for inner peace and calming the mental field—because when we feel better on the inside, life manifests differently on the outside.
