April 6: Meditation for Anxiety

In this calming, heart-centered workshop, you’ll learn accessible, powerful practices to ease anxiety and return to a place of inner steadiness and peace.
Together we will explore:
• Classic Mindfulness Meditation
• Gentle Pranayama (breath-based exercises)
• Guided Visualization in Restorative Savasana
You’ll also learn:
• How to prepare the body with gentle stretches and somatic movement
• How to sit comfortably and sustainably in seated meditation
• Techniques to calm the monkey mind and release stored tension from the body
• How to cultivate dharana—a single-pointed focus that anchors your attention
• Ways to fill the body with luminous awareness that heals and relaxes from the inside out
Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this afternoon will offer a supportive space to rest, reconnect, and replenish.
Chairs and all props provided. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
