When muscles become chronically contracted from physical experiences in the body of misuse, injury, trauma, or physical and emotional stress, the body becomes imbalanced. Therapeutic somatics and healing touch will improve your quality of life. You will be guided on how to use breathing techniques to stimulate the para-sympathetic nervous system and move the body from a constant state of stress to a new found relaxed resilience.

Muscles are released, relaxed and balanced through the use of somatic movements and intuitive healing touch which help focus the brain specifically on the contracted muscles, movement patterns as well as the underlying emotional issues. This simple process can undo years of chronic tension and pain. Strength and stability are built little by little with therapeutic techniques to help you find more ease and greater freedom. 

As you learn to notice how how and even why you tense up, your posture and function return to normal, flexibility will return, and overall energy and quality of life increase since you require much less effort to do daily things.
