Maria is the creator of The Heal What Hurts Process; a proven method to understand and heal emotional triggers. She offers the process in private sessions, retreats and workshops as well as an online course.

The method presented teaches you have to lcoate and release negative samskaras (the yogic term for prior experiences that drive your behavior). When you learn these steps, you can build an unshakable place within.

The 8-step method was born out of Maria’s own persistent struggle to overcome emotional reactivity seemingly triggered in close relationships. Maria contends that if she can learn these steps anyone who is willing to develop the capacity for self-love and inner presence can find the inner freedom that is born out of this process.
